Description of the wine

Committed to preserving biodiversity and wine-growing landscapes, Gérard Bertrand invites you to discover the Change range, from vineyards converted to organic farming. Choosing Change is a civic act that supports committed winegrowers. It is also the guaranteed pleasure of intense and fruity wines, with a gourmet and generous palate.

Winemaking & aging

The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and vatted in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control to extract as much fruit as possible from the skins. During the maceration phase, pumping over is carried out regularly to extract aromas, tannins and colour. After malolactic fermentation, part of the wine is aged in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels for around 8 months, bringing melted tannins, the other part is placed in stainless steel tanks to bring aromatic complexity to the blend. After a light fining, the wine is bottled.

Tasting notes

The color is a deep red with light purple highlights. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant, wild strawberry and mushroom stand out. The palate is supple and aromatic, with notes of spices.

Serve at 16°C with grilled Oc pork, Italian cuisine, grilled vegetables and hard cheeses.

Tasting note

The dress is a deep red with slight purple reflections. On the nose, aromas of blackcurrant emerge, wild strawberry and mushroom. The mouth is supple and aromatic, with spicy notes.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:

Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are completely secure.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
