Description of the wine
Cyril Kongo's series, designed for this collection, is intended to be a profound and philosophical exploration of man's place between the Earth, our tangible and nourishing home, and the Cosmos, this mysterious and captivating infinity. Using powerful visual elements, Kongo translates these questions into an immersive visual experience, inviting the viewer to reflect on the links between the individual and the universe. Each painting encourages us to meditate on our identity, forged in the duality between our earthly roots and our eternal attraction to cosmic mysteries.
An exceptional terroir.
Château l'Hospitalet Art Collection 2021 – Back to Kosmos is a blend of old Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre vines, located on the Clape massif, a unique terroir composed of hard limestone. The plots have been carefully selected within Château l'Hospitalet, particularly around the letters "HOSPITALET", at the heart of the estate, to guarantee exceptional quality. This unique and rare cuvée is available in a limited edition of only 8,000 bottles.
These numbered bottles are available in single wooden cases, 3 bottles and 6 bottles.

Serve at 16°C with rack of lamb, game birds or mature cheeses.
Vinification and aging
Picking healthy grapes is a crucial step to achieve a high level of quality. The harvest is manual, the grapes are taken to the winery within the hour. The grapes are sorted and then destemmed before being put into vats.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

We also accept payment by check and bank transfer, however the order will only be prepared upon confirmation of receipt of payment by our accounting department.
