Description of the wine
Already recognized before the reign of Louis XIV, it was in 1618 that the botanist Magnol in his book Sylve Plantarium mentioned Piquepoul among the most famous grape varieties of Languedoc. This limestone terroir bordering the Mediterranean Sea, offers a fresh and dry white wine.

Vinification and aging
In order to minimize the risk of oxidation, the grapes are harvested at the time of day when temperatures are coolest (night and early morning) and are transported to the cellar as quickly as possible. The bunches are immediately pressed in a pneumatic press.
The must is then put into fermentation, which takes place at low temperatures (16 and 18°) to preserve the aromas as much as possible. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees before being bottled in the spring.
Tasting note
The dress is pale yellow with green highlights.

notes of citrus and hawthorn.

beautiful lemony flavors and a finish
invigorating.
