The work begins in the vineyard with a selection of the plots more suitable for producing this type of wine. The grapes are harvested in large manually. The winemaking is traditional and the grapes are therefore destemmed before the maceration phase begins, which lasts between 3 and 4 weeks. Pressing is carried out, then leaving room for fermentation. malolactic. 33% of the wine is aged for 9 months in barrels, the rest being kept in vats.

The dress is a deep red. The nose offers an intense, fine and complex with notes of cocoa, bay leaf, tapenade and black pepper. The palate is rich and suave with pure and complex flavors of black fruits, sweet spices. A beautiful long and velvety finish.
