Description of the wine
The terraces of Larzac are a sweet marriage between the earth and the vine and reveal the secrets of an ancestral terroir, as evidenced by the Via Luteva, a Roman road dating from the 1st century BC, a vestige of a glorious past, conducive to commercial and cultural exchanges. This terroir and this historical period form a magnificent duo between nature, winemaking know-how and heritage, offering a journey through time and taste.
Vinification and aging
The harvest is triggered based on maturity checks, analysis of polyphenols contained in the grape skins and by daily tasting of the berries as the harvest approaches. Picking healthy and ripe grapes is the essential step to achieve a high level of quality. The harvest is manual, the grapes are taken to the cellar in the following hour. The grapes are sorted then destemmed before being placed in temperature-controlled vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately. The maceration period is 20 to 25 days. Part of the wine is aged in barrels.
Tasting note
Ruby color with intense reflections. A fresh and very aromatic nose combining notes of scrubland and spices. On the palate, this intensely fruity vintage has fine and elegant tannins and reveals gourmet notes of red fruits.

Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
