Description of the wine
- Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
- 1130 pays homage to the first fortification of the city of Carcassonne, a medieval jewel listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
- The vineyard benefits from oceanic influences providing a lovely freshness to the wine as well as Mediterranean influences allowing it to obtain maturity and lovely fruity aromas.

Ideal at 10-12°C as an aperitif, with fish
grilled or white meats.
Vinification and aging
The harvest takes place early in the morning, when the temperature is lowest, in order to preserve the integrity of the aromas. The grapes are transported quickly to the cellar and the juice is immediately extracted by a delicate pneumatic pressing. After cold settling, fermentation begins and temperatures are regulated between 14 and 17°C. After a fermentation of about 15 days, the wine is racked and aged.
Tasting note
The straw yellow dress is bright.
On the nose, it reveals an intense bouquet of
notes of nectarine, acacia, walnut
coconut and hazelnuts.
The mouth, round and ample, offers beautiful
exotic flavors and a long finish
mineral.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
