Description of the wine
The first traces of the Occitan language date back to around the year 940 in literary texts such as the poem "La passion de Clermont". It later became an Occitan language, of European culture conveyed by the Troubadour movement in the Middle Ages.
Vinification and aging
A “green harvest” is carried out in June, allowing the yield of the plots to be reduced and therefore increasing the quality of the grapes. The bunches are harvested at the end of September when perfectly ripe. The berries are separated from the stalks by destemming before being put into vats for a maceration of 10 to 15 days. The punching down and maturing allow the best of the skins to be extracted before pressing. Maturing is done partially in 225-litre barrels before bottling.
Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of ripe cherry dominate, enhanced by delicate notes of wild raspberry and spices. On the palate, the ripeness of the cherries is fully revealed, accompanied by a subtle toasted touch that brings a welcome depth. Its silky texture and persistent finish make it a Pinot full of finesse, perfectly balanced between fruit and roasting.

Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
