Description of the wine
Kosmos is a tribute to the two most emblematic cosmic stars in organic viticulture, the Sun and the Moon. These two stars come together to represent the infinity symbol of Kosmos, 888.
With its unique blend, this wine captivates the palate with its complex fruit notes and elegantly balanced finish. Sourced from the finest vineyards in the South of France, every sip of Kosmos 2020 reflects the rich terroir from which it comes, delivering an authentic taste experience. Vinification and aging
The blend is composed exclusively of grapes from organic vineyards where mechanical action is limited as much as possible.
Leaf stripping takes place before the harvest and the grapes are picked at perfect maturity to extract the maximum potential of each grape variety. The grapes are meticulously sorted during the harvest and upon arrival at the winery.
The grapes are destemmed and pressed before being put into vats. Each grape variety is vinified separately, the temperatures are precisely controlled to bring out the maximum aromas. We practice a gentle maceration to extract the maximum of the fruit and preserve the specificities of each grape variety. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in barrels for fifteen months.

The dress is of a beautiful density.
The nose reveals an elegant complexity: garrigue,
morello cherry, cocoa, sweet spices. Notes of
licorice, bay leaf, menthol and vanilla
The mouth is ample, round, warm,
gourmet, built on very refined tannins,
pleasant and velvety, with a lovely freshness in
support.
