What are the delivery times and costs?

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases. We then offer different delivery methods: Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch. Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch. Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch. Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket. Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.

Description of the wine

Estate of 1000 hectares including 82 planted with vines, in the heart of a protected and sumptuous natural park

A complex aromatic palette composed of aromas of citrus fruits, white fruits, roasted hazelnuts as well as a freshness and minerality typical of La Clape wines.
Since the 2017 vintage , the estate has been certified AB ( organic wine ) and DEMETER (biodynamic agriculture)

To be enjoyed at 11°C with scallops fried, fish in sauce or as an aperitif.

Vinification and aging

The harvest date is only triggered, grape variety by grape variety, when the grapes are at optimum maturity and after daily tasting of the berries. The grapes are harvested by hand and are subject to pneumatic pressing upon arrival at the winery. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out 100% in French oak barrels. Temperature control helps preserve the freshness and integrity of the aromas. Barrel aging lasts between 7 and 8 months until the Spring equinox with regular stirring (for two months).

Tasting note

Golden, pale yellow color. The nose is powerful and fresh with aromas of citrus fruits, fleshy fruits white such as pear and wedge, scents of garrigue and anise, with notes of hazelnuts grilled. The mouth is very fine and of a beautiful minerality, with iodized notes with touches of white pepper and flint. Lots of freshness in the finish with notes of acacia honey.
