Description of the wine

Decant and serve at 16°C with a square
lamb, game or mature cheeses.
Vinification and aging
The remarkable quality of this vintage lies in the exceptional quality of the old Carignan and Syrah vines. The harvest is manual and begins when the berries are ripe. Some of the Syrah and Carignan are vinified by maceration in whole bunches. Traditional maceration is carried out on the other grape varieties. The wines are blended after malolactic fermentation and then placed in 225-litre Bordeaux barrels in our cellar for aging for 12 months. The wine is then kept for 12 months before being marketed.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
