Description of the wine
- Gérard Bertrand reveals the history of the great terroirs of the South of France.
- Narbonne, the first daughter of Rome founded in 118 BC, has been exporting its wines to Europe since Antiquity.
- This vineyard benefits from exceptional climatic conditions and a clay-limestone terroir allowing the perfect ripening of the berries.

Ideal at 18°C with red meat,
pasta or aged cheese.
Vinification and aging
The grapes are harvested manually and transported to the cellar in a carriage. A double manual sorting is carried out before and after destemming.
The grapes are then placed in temperature-controlled vats for a period of approximately 4 weeks. When the fermentations are complete, the wine is aged in vats for 8 months.
Tasting note
The dress is deep red.
The nose reveals an intense bouquet of
notes of blueberry and violet.
The mouth is round and greedy with
beautiful flavors of fresh black fruits.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.

- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
