SAS SPH GERARD BERTRAND (SIRET 382 338 952 0015) with a capital of €6,000,000.00, having its registered office at Route de Narbonne-Plage 11100 NARBONNE, is organizing a contest from May 15, 2022 to June 30, 2022, with an obligation to purchase , 20 prizes to be won for all points of sale.

Article 2: Conditions of participation:

Failure to comply with said rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of bonuses.

Article 3: Terms of participation:

Participation in this game is offered to anyone, excluding the staff of the organizing companies, service providers and partners for this operation, as well as their families. Article 4: Conduct of the Contest, determination of winners and prizes:

The draw will be carried out on July 6, 2022, by SCP PHILIPPE LAUTIER-THIBAUT SYLVESTRE, Associate Judicial Officers, 9 rue Ernest Cognac 11100 NARBONNE

The entire endowment will be withdrawn no later than August 31, 2022.

Article 5: Legal deposit:

The rules are filed with the SCP Philippe LAUTIER-Thibaut SYLVESTRE, Associated Judicial Officers in NARBONNE (11100), ZAC Bonne Source, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, 11100 NARBONNE . The rules may be modified at any time in the form of an amendment by the organizer, in compliance with the stated conditions, and published on the premises of the organizing company. The addendum is registered with the SCP of Associated Bailiffs, depositary of the regulations, before its publication. It will enter into force as of its publication and will be deemed to have accepted it by the simple fact of its participation in the Contest, as of the date of entry into force of the modification.

Any participant refusing the modification(s) made must stop participating in the Contest.

Article 7: Disputes and responsibilities:

Participation in this Contest Game implies unreserved acceptance of the rules in their entirety. If one or more provisions of these rules were declared null or inapplicable, the other clauses would retain their full force and scope. Any inaccurate or misleading declaration, any fraud will result in the disqualification of the participant. The Organizing Company will settle any dispute relating to the game and its rules in agreement with SCP Philippe LAUTIER-Thibaut SYLVESTRE, Bailiffs Associated with NARBONNE, ZAC Bonne Source, 9 rue Ernest Cognac, 11100 NARBONNE . No telephone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of these rules, the mechanisms or methods of the Contest Game as well as the list of winners will be answered. In the event of a dispute, only a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt will be admissible within 1 (one) month after the announcement of the results. The Organizing Company reserves the right, if the circumstances so require, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this Contest in accordance with Article 5 of these rules. It cannot be held liable for this.

Section 8: Refund

In the event of disbursements, any participant may, on request, obtain reimbursement of the costs corresponding to the connection time to an internet access point for the consultation of the results. The refund request must be sent by mail, to the address of the game:

It must be accompanied by bank details and proof, no later than 30 days after the closing date of the game, postmark serving as proof. The costs incurred by the participant for the stamp necessary for this request will be reimbursed on simple written request on the basis of the slow "letter" rate in force. Only one refund request per participant registered in the game and per envelope (same name, same address). Incomplete applications will not be considered.
