Description du vin
Adissan has always left its mark on history, an ancestral grape variety introduced to the South of France since Antiquity. Its name comes from that of the owner of an elegant villa from the Gallo-Roman era. Pliny the Elder in his major work Natural History also refers to it under the name of "Mustum", a white wine which can also be found on amphorae. It expresses the terroir of the Villafranchian terraces with clay-limestone and pebble soil.

Note de dégustation
The color is clear, bright with a pale yellow color and green highlights on the youth. The aromas of this vintage are very representative of the typicality of the Clairette grape variety: on the youth we can appreciate floral aromas, yellow fruits (pineapple, exotic fruits, citrus fruits ...); with time we can appreciate mineral notes, dried fruits and sometimes slightly honeyed. The attack in the mouth is refreshing, digestible; the heart of the mouth is smooth and tasty.
