Gérard Bertrand wanted to create a new profile of orange wines, very fresh. With this unique name, Orange Gold pays homage to the power of the sun as well as the magnificent sunsets of the South of France.

Very precise monitoring and selection of clusters is carried out in order to obtain perfectly ripe berries and stalks. The hand-harvested grapes are then transported delicately in the cellar where they are vatted without destemming or crushing. Semi-carbonic maceration lasts between 10 and 15 days with a light pumping over. When a balance of tannins/color is obtained, the grapes are drained, pressed and the wine is assembled in a vat stainless steel to finish the fermentation. At the end of fermentation, the wine is placed in barrels to continue its aging.

The nose is complex, fragrant, very fresh, bursting with aromas of peach, apricot and mirabelle plum. The mouth is round, smooth with a fine texture, with precise, tasty flavors, on a beautiful balance to which the tannins give body and of the mind. A wine of very beautiful complexity, a beautiful taste journey.
