The characteristic soil of schists and ruffes are witnesses to an intense volcanic past. The wild and preserved landscape gives an incomparable feeling of serenity and freedom that we strive to preserve with biodynamic cultivation.

Château la Sauvageonne Grand Vin blanc 2021: The color has a beautiful golden color. The nose is very complex and extremely fragrant revealing aromas of hawthorn, almond and floral notes of violet and yellow fruits of mango and apricot. The woody side of this cuvée is very delicate with notes of gingerbread and tobacco. The palate is rich and unctuous with plenty of fat, amplitude and a beautiful freshness. Château la Sauvageonne Grand Vin rouge 2020: This Grand Vin with a ruby ​​​​color and slightly tiled reflections reveals a spicy nose with notes of scrubland and candied fruits. On the palate, it reveals silky and elegant tannins, forming a beautiful balance with the finesse of Grenache, the emblematic grape variety of the region.
