Vinification et élevage
In order to minimize the risks of oxidation, the grapes are harvested at time of day when temperatures are coolest, i.e. during the night and early morning, before being transported on as quickly as possible to the cellar. The bunches are immediately pressed in a pneumatic press. The must is then put into fermentation, taking place at low temperature, between 16 and 18°C, to preserve the aromas as much as possible. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats on fine lees before being put into bottle in spring.
Note de dégustation
The dress is pale yellow with green highlights. The nose delivers a gourmet bouquet of notes of citrus and hawthorn. The mouth is fresh and delicious, with beautiful lemony flavors and a finish invigorating.
Conservation
Keep away from sunlight and at a constant temperature
