Description of the wine
French Cancan Brut rosé embodies elegance and finesse at their peak. With a crystalline pale pink color, it evokes the purity and freshness of the Mediterranean. From the first contact with the palate, one is seduced by its delicate bubbles and refined texture. Notes of fresh red fruits dance in harmony with citrus accents, creating a symphony of sparkling flavors. Its lightness and vivacity make it a perfect companion to celebrate special moments, or simply to brighten up an ordinary day. A taste experience that reveals the playful soul of the Mediterranean in every sip.
Like a work of art, French Cancan combines the tradition of great French sparkling wines with bold contemporary creativity. Produced from organically grown vineyards, this Brut Nature cuvée offers fine, swirling bubbles reminiscent of the famous eponymous dance.
Vinification and aging
Grapes with a perfect balance between sugar and different acidities. The working time from the vine to the cellar and the extremely short pressing time in order to preserve the aromatic freshness. Use of reserve wines prepared since 2020. A 6-month aging process, part of which is on lees, which allows us to create a very elegant vintage with fine bubbles.
Tasting note
Fresh on the nose, seductive with its nuances of fresh red berries, strawberry and floral accents, offering a lively and creamy palate that evolves towards an elegantly fruity finish.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
