Description of the wine

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, with salads, sushi,
grilled fish.
Vinification and aging
The different grape varieties are harvested separately at optimum maturity for each. The grapes are destemmed, cooled to 8°C and sent to the press to extract the pink must. Particular attention is paid to the pressing so as to keep only the highest quality first juices. The juices are then clarified more or less depending on the desired aromatic profile. Fermentation lasts between 15 and more than 30 days depending on the degree of clarification and the temperature applied. The particularity of these vinifications lies in the attention paid to the color and aromatic purity of the wines. Some of the wines are aged in barrels. Finally, after a light fining, bottling takes place quite early in order to preserve the fresh and fruity character of the wines.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
