Description of the wine
Like the birth of the butterfly, Papilou evokes the revelation of delicate bubbles upon opening the bottle. A vintage crafted in harmony with nature, a wine committed to agriculture that respects biodiversity and the protection of pollinators. A fresh, highly aromatic wine, to be enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere!

Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif or with seafood, fresh salads, and mild cheeses. It also pairs well with light dishes like ceviche or sushi, thanks to its liveliness and aromatic freshness.
Vinification and aging
The Chardonnay and Grenache Blanc grapes are carefully selected and then precisely pressed to obtain the heart of the press, the middle part of the juice. This technique, which consists of extracting the middle juice, produces a high-quality wine, offering lightness, freshness, and a crystalline shine.
The foaming produced in the vat by fermentation thus preserves the natural expression of the grape varieties and the terroir.
The wine is then aged on lees to bring complexity and finesse to the bubbles.
Tasting note
The color is a beautiful pale yellow with luminous highlights. The complex nose reveals delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruits, with floral and citrus notes that enhance its natural freshness. The palate is distinguished by its lightness and delicacy.
The fine bubbles provide a silky and invigorating texture.
The finish is clean and refreshing, marked by a beautiful liveliness.

Although all orders are shipped within 24 hours, it can take up to 48 hours in some cases.
We then offer different delivery methods:
- Delivery to a collection point takes between 2 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
- Standard delivery takes between 2 and 3 business days from the time of dispatch.
- Express delivery takes between 24 and 48 hours from the time of dispatch.
- Pallet delivery takes between 4 and 5 working days from the time of dispatch.
Delivery costs depend on the delivery address, the number of bottles and the delivery option (mondial relay, express, standard, 24h, on pallet, etc.) and the price is calculated at the time of validation of the basket.
Standard delivery is free in France for orders over €125 and in other countries for orders over €300.
